Kathleen Good
Kathleen Good is an Attorney at HKH Elder Law, where her practice includes estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, and Medicaid planning.
Before joining HKH Elder Law, Kathleen spent more than two decades in public service within Pinellas County Government, where she worked on economic development projects that served the elder community. Many of those projects helped create greater community engagement and improved living conditions for seniors. Although that work was meaningful, she came to realize that working directly with seniors was where she truly belonged.
Kathleen's path to elder law became deeply personal when her own mother suffered a stroke followed by a dementia diagnosis. That experience solidified her commitment to helping families navigate the legal and emotional challenges that come with aging and caregiving.

- Earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2002.

- Professional affiliations include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, and the Pinellas County Guardian Association.
- Volunteer experience includes Better Living for Seniors of Pinellas County, Wills for Warriors, PARC Center for Disabilities, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
- Has served as a Florida Guardian ad Litem for the Sixth Circuit, Pinellas County.
